The research focus of candidates should be in topics related to Microeconomics. Fields of particular interest are Market Design, Behavioral Economics, the interface between Economics and Computer and Data Science, or Applied Microeconometrics and the identification of causal effects. A substantial track record of research published in leading journals and an active research program are expected. International experience, such as a Ph.D. from a leading international university or other long-term international teaching or research experience is highly appreciated. Candidates are expected to integrate their work into the collaborative research environment of the faculty.
Successful applicants are expected to demonstrate excellent teaching skills and to contribute to the ongoing development of the faculty‘s teaching program. Willingness to teach in English is expected.
The position is available as of April 2019 or based on mutual agreement.
