The Bertelsmann Future Leaders Graduate Program is made
up of three tracks: “Creative“, “Data“ and “Business“. Participants
of our 18-month Business track are aspiring entrepreneurs who
will implement projects across various Bertelsmann divisions
worldwide. You will be prepared to assume responsibility within
a very short period of time. lf you always think one step ahead

As a participant of the Business track you will
As a participant of the Business track you will
- Work closely with top executives on strategic projects
- Rotate between Bertelsmann‘s divisions to identify business opportunities, leverage creativity and entrepreneurial freedom
- Develop concepts, implement projects and work in cross-functional teams
- Provide project leadership in matrix teams
- Develop and recommend strategies for various Bertelsmann businesses
What you‘ll need to bring
- Master´s degree, MBA or equivalent graduate degree and relevant work experience
- Proven entrepreneurial and/or intrapreneurial experience displayed in a business initiative or large project
- Demonstrated affinity for media
- Leadership skills and willingness to take responsibility
- Ability to communicate with top management
- Geographic flexibility, as projects are located throughout the world
- Fluency in English and proficiency in German, other languages are a plus
- International work experience
- Global network and community
