SRH Hochschule Berlin is a private, state-recognized university, accredited by the German Council of Science and Humanities. People from more than 85 nations study and teach at the main campus in Berlin and at the external campus in Dresden. The university provides and expects a high standard in studies, instruction and research by integrating theory and practical experience in newly developed programs. These are offered both in German and English at bachelor's, master's and MBA level. Following an ambitious strategy of expansion, the SRH Berlin University of Applied Sciences will implement a new master's degree program at our new Hamburg campus as of September
1st, 2020: Master in International Business and Leadership. We are therefore looking for full-time or part-time Professor f/m/d in International Business Administration to join our academic team in Hamburg.
Teach subjects in the field of Business Administration independently and competence-oriented in English language
Conduct independent, application-oriented research in your field of expertise
Participate in autonomous administrative tasks
Expand academic and business networks, and transfer scientific findings into practice
Actively reorganize degree programs
Completed scientific education with an above average PhD in the advertised field of expertise or in a closely related field, supplemented by relevant international scientific publications
Academic teaching experience in the English language on bachelor and master level and excellent command of English (written and spoken)
Academic experience at universities of applied sciences with industry-oriented focus
At least three years of experience in non-academic fields of work outside of academia with flexibility, teamwork and communication skills
Fulfillment of 100 Berlin University Act (BerlHG) for full-time teaching staff according to the state institution of higher education
