Your tasks
- Requirements definition regarding traffic situations, infrastructure, environmental conditions, and sensor technology.
- Definition, elaboration and planning of the necessary tests and measurements for a functional prototype vehicle regarding the defined relevant traffic scenarios and conditions as well as the shuttle's behavior during teleoperation
- Implementation, evaluation, and analysis of the tests
- Discussion of approval-related boundary conditions
Your profile
- Very good scientific master's degree in mechanical engineering, automotive engineering or related fields.
- Interest in a research project in the field of autonomous shuttle buses
- Passion for science and research, especially in the field of vehicle and traffic safety
- Basic programming skills
- Creativity and independence
- Very good skills in German and English
