The School of Economics and Political Science of the University of St.Gallen wishes to appoint a Tenure-
Track Assistant Professor in Economic Policy by 1st August 2019, or by mutual agreement.Applicants
with expertise in monetary or public economics are particularly welcome to apply.
Tenure-Track Assistant Professor in Economic Policy
To be considered for this position, applicants should have a Ph.D. in Economics and a promising track
record in research.The department supports the candidate in the acquisition of external research funding
like ERC or SNF.
Upon successful performance and review (after a maximum of six years), promotion with tenure is
possible.The teaching load will be two classes (four hours) per week (24 weeks p.a.).
