III-V Epitaxial Growth and Devices

We are seeking qualified and highly motivated candidates to join our research team on III-V epitaxial growth and device development. We are pleased to offer access to a 550 sqm clean room facility with a running full chain of III-V technology. Relevant topics include e.g. quantum dots, mirocavities, single photon sources, diode lasers, interband cascade and quantum cascade laser, polaritonics, high mobility electron gases. Depending on qualification we are seeking for

  • PhD candidates (2/3 TV-L E13)
  • PostDoc candidates (full TV-L E13)
  • Group leaders (full TV-L E13/A13 or E14)
The group leaderwill be able to contribute to running projects, but also be able to develop an independent research profile, and forthis we intend to provide a long term employment perspective. Salary is governed by the Tarifvertrag für den öffentlichen Dienst der Länder (Collective Agreement for the Public Service of German Federal States, TV-L).
