Your tasks
The Pathways Leadership Internship is a 10-12 week full-time opportunity in our operations network for students enrolled in an MBA or Master of Science program and with 5 to 10 years of experience in a complex role. Through your own project, you will tackle a business-critical challenge and gain practical leadership experience. Your internship will conclude by presenting an innovative solution to senior management. The goal of this internship is to offer successful participants a full-time position in the Pathways program starting in 2027.
About the Pathways Program
Pathways is a three-year program designed to rapidly develop experienced professionals into Amazon's next Senior Operations Managers. In this time your scope grows from leading approx. 100 up to 800 employees and managers. Members are highly visible to senior leadership through exclusive mentoring. They can change roles, sites, and geographies. Through intense and challenging opportunities in our operations network, we will expand your leadership capacity. The lessons you learn and the credibility you gain will set you up for accelerated career growth and future executive leadership opportunities at Amazon.
Key job responsibilities
Drive Continuous Improvement: Lead strategic projects that enhance productivity and customer experience

Your profile
Basic qualifications
You need to meet 100% of these requirements to apply for a position at Amazon.
Enrolled in an MBA/MSc/PhD program and available for 10-12 weeks between June and October to work full time
5+ years of complex professional experience (excluding internships and work studies)
Management experience
Background in engineering, logistics or operations
Proficient in local and English language communication (CEFR B2 or higher), at the time of application
Flexibility for non-traditional work schedules (may include nights and weekends)
Willingness to relocate within applied country
Strong analytical and strategic reasoning skills
Preferred qualifications
Demonstrable decision-making and reasoning skills
Experience setting and improving KPIs
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies
