Professorship (W 2)
Human Resource Management
You will teach human resource management (HRM) and related
topics in both undergraduate and graduate programs in English and
German. Successful candidates should meet the employment
conditions (see below) and hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
preferably in business administration or industrial/organizational
psychology. Within an international setting you have held a position
outside of higher education for a minimum of three years preferably
in the area of HRM (e. g. as HR Business Partner, HR Consultant).
Your views on HRM address future business challenges that go along
with digitization, globalization and the need for organizational agility.
