Department
Environmental and Resource Economics, Environmental Management is recruiting a
Postdoctoral Researcher (100 %)
The successful applicant will conduct and manage scientific research projects and challenging economic
policy advising projects. During the first two years of the appointment, the researcher will focus on a federally
funded research project on the role of financial transfers in international climate negotiations
(
InFairCom).
We are looking for candidates with a PhD in environmental or energy economics or a related field. We
expect the applicants to have experience in conducting theoretical or empirical analyses in the field of
environmental and resource economics. On top of this, candidates should display a talent for recording
facts and information in an accurate and concise manner and be able to summarise results effectively in
English. Knowledge of German is desirable but not essential. The position does not involve any teaching
responsibilities.
