In cooperation with Forschungslabor Mikroelektronik Deutschland ForLAB HELIOS and the Reserch Center Medical Technology Hamburg fmthh, the School of Electrical Engineering, Computer Science and
Mathematics is seeking applications from candidates who have demonstrated excellent achievements in research and teaching in the area of integrated mixed-signal circuit design and testing. Applicants
are expected to have an excellent track record in foundational research and practical implementation in this area and to have a strong interest in interdisciplinary work with other engineering
sciences present at TUHH and contributing to future electronic hardware systems in application domains such as electronics/photonics co-integration, cyberphysical systems, internet of things, medical
engineering or industrial automation. We particularly welcome applications from candidates with a background in one or several of the following application areas:
- low-power-electronics
- Medical electronics
- Sensors and actuators
The successful candidate is expected to offer courses in Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics and Microsystems as well as in related degree programs both at the undergraduate and graduate level, and to engage in the further development of the curricula offered by TUHH. The ability to teach undergraduate courses in German is of advantage.
This professorship is due to commence in the winter term 2022/2023.
